We want you to be completely satisfied with your TravisMathew purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached. Returns are processed quickly to ensure you can get back to performing your best on and off the course.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Select your reason for return and choose between a refund to your original payment method or an exchange, then print the provided prepaid shipping label.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping box or similar packaging, ensuring all original tags are intact, and attach the prepaid label to the outside.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package off at any authorized shipping location and keep your tracking number handy; we will notify you once your refund or exchange has been processed.
